1. Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process (handling time). After that, the delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Next Day Delivery: 1–2 business days

3. How much does shipping cost?

For UK orders, our shipping rates are:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders £150.00 and up

  • £3.99 Standard Shipping on orders £0.01–£149.99

  • £6.99 for Next Day Delivery (no minimum order)

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! We provide tracking for all orders so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

6. How do I start a return?

  1. Email our team at support@fabslay.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely and include all original materials.

  3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  4. Ship it back using a trackable service.
    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

8. What items are non-refundable?

  • Opened or used products

  • Gifts

  • Items not in original condition or packaging

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us immediately at support@fabslay.co.uk with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

10. Can I exchange a product?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
