Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process (handling time). After that, the delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen:

3. How much does shipping cost?
For UK orders, our shipping rates are:

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide tracking for all orders so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. What is your return policy?
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, no makeup, tan marks, and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any documentation received with the order. Please make sure to include your order confirmation or packing slip inside the return package.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is physically received by us within 30 days from the date of delivery. We are not responsible for delayed shipments or late return dispatches, and any return received after the 30-day period will be automatically rejected, regardless of the shipping date.
6. How do I start a return?
We no longer process returns via email. To start a return, simply follow these steps:

Quick Links: Next to the “Help & Support” section, click on Quick Links.

Select Returns/Exchanges: From the available options, choose Returns/Exchanges.

Fill Out the Return Form: You will need to provide your Order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Once your return request is submitted and approved, you will receive an email containing your return label along with detailed instructions.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please note that a £5.00 handling fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

10. Can I exchange a product?
You are able to request an exchange for different sizes. Just navigate to the Return and Exchange portal via the Quick Link option next to the Help & Support to process your exchanges.
